  • Legal and Regulatory: to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, this includes, to the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa for the purpose of compiling, verifying or auditing any reports, accounts or other information required under AlwaysOn's license or in terms of the Electronic Communications Act, 2005 and the regulations made pursuant to that Act; and/or when directed by a court order;

  • International Transfer: data is hosted in AlwaysOn’s local server in South Africa, with back-ups in the European Union.
